I have a Samsung S 21 and after the last 2 updates my phone lags/ camera takes 2-3 seconds to take a photo and the battery gets drained a lot faster. 
I was very satisfied with my phone with the out of the box software...worked really well...and now it s a mess.
What are you people doing????!!!

I'm using the same phone, with the latest updates installed, and i have no issues. Open battery usage in settings and check what is draining your battery.
Regarding the lag, i have no lag at all. An installed app might cause it. You can try a reset or take your phone to a Samsung customer care service center.
