S21 Ultra - Device Heating and Fingerprint scanner

Hi,

Has anyone else been facing issues with the S21 Ultra heating up (opposite side of the cameras) when you watch videos or use whatsapp calls?

I've also had a tough time with the fingerprint scanner.. usually doesn't recognize and takes multiple attempts to get it to work.

fingerprint works brilliant for me however the phone does get hot on video calls

Finger print scanner not working very well for me. I've tried everything to get it working. My s20 ultra was much better.

i think your device is faulty because my one works perfectly. think you should talk to samsung
