I'm lucky to still have my old Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G alongside my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra so thought I would take some pictures using the exact same default settings to see how they compare.

Obviously the S21 Ultra has much better zoom which isn't even available on the Note 10 but the modes that they both do have the Note 10 seems to have better color and contrast plus much larger file sizes than my new S21 Ultra?

Anyone else compared phones?
I'm assuming this will be fixed with software updates because some pictures at the moment look better on the note but I know the Note has had many updates over the last year whereas the S21 Ultra is brand new.

These are indoor pictures just to compare with normal indoor lighting

Thanks 😁

I got the s21 ultra and to be fair overall there isn't much difference I have seen in change wise compared to the s10 which I had prior just small tweaks but still really enjoy it lol.

there are issues with camera performance with the exynos version at launch. improvements will come in time with updates but for me the performance in lowlight is unacceptable. I would keep a phone that starts out with acceptable quality and hope updates lift that to good or even great quality over time but I'm not prepares to take the chance on one with starts with unacceptable quality in lowlight because the danger there is that updates only improve things to acceptable levels but nothing more

Yes,I made a thread about this yesterday. some photos are great but certain indoor or lower light shots looks bad and detail is completely lost. Hopefully it will be fixed but who knows.

Yeah but for this test I just had both on standard photo mode.
