  I recently purchased the s21 5g from ee and put my sim in from my old contract phone ,now the s21 thinks it iphone done few factory resets but still same tried different  email  set up and still same ,ee said they'd changed settings but still same ,

Take it back to ee and ask for another if the issue persists and is stopping you from downloading apps etc @Members_BiVdl5t
