S21 fe can not recive calls

After the update my phone kept saying I was in a different state, then today I can't receive any phone calls ....

What I have done: 

do not disturb toggled on/off

Airplane on/off

Reset network 

Forced stop phone app

Tried different sim card in this phone and still just voice mail 

Wipe cache partition 

Factory/data reset

What next? I'm lost 

Sims card recived calls in other phone

Thanks you, just an update 

I did this and they sent me to a repair shop.

The repair shop said many people are having this problem and he is being told to wipe and force the new update back on the phone.

Which he then told me that it was not a fix and only worked on a few of the 10k's he has done since November.

I was then informed my phones region was Denmark and it would not accept the US version of the software.. 

So I guess I wait for the "bug" to be fixed before purchasing a new phone
