When typing a message and holding the punctuation mark beside the space bar, it brings up a punctuation shortcut with 2 rows of symbols, 5 punctuation symbols per row.
On my brand new S21, I can't use any of the symbols on the bottom row, they are frozen (no issues with top row). This is really frustrating. I have tried resetting the keyboard but it made no difference.
How do I fix this?
