My screen keeps reverting back to portrait since new update

Since the latest update when I watch Sky go or Netflix my phone will only work on landscape for 5 minutes then reverts back to portrait.

Any suggestions?

Facotry reset DOES NOT WORK 😞

Already tried it and still had the issues.

The worst part is, is that I don't have an external hard drive or a USB memory drive. So if I reset I lose everything. Pictures, music, everything. Tried asking samsung to at least give me a drive to back all my stuff up on before a hard reset and they just flat out refused. What a crappy company to sell me a phone that I paid more for for extra storage as it can't take a sd card and now I will lose everything

No it did not solve the problem, I even made a factory reset, but no way, it is bug in the new update

Yes it is a software problem, I have a s21 ultra too and suffering rotation problems after updating to (one ui 4.1 )  and it pisses me off
