Help getting snooze notification to work

Can anyone help as I can no longer snooze any notification

*Please read fully*

The swipe to snooze has vanished 

And people have said they click the notification, and click a bell and pick snooze .. but that doesn't show for me even with the option turned on 

Tried the advanced settings area

Tried a full reset on my phone 

An engineer came out, took my phone, couldn't sort it 

Just did the new update hoping that may fix it 

I'm lost as to what to do so after a third party work around so I can go back to just swiping and muting / snoozing notifications like I used to be able to do

Tried all options
Nearest l found was do not disturb with options to sleep notifications or hide
On settings notifications do not disturb

Yeh sadly not after DND because that mutes everything and before I could mute just certain notifications for a while
It's since the latest update from 11 to 12
It's such a shame it was a wonderful feature

I've reset my entire phone, had engineers our

So I'm after a 3rd party plug in because Samsung won't help fix it

Heve you toggled the snooze button to "on"? It's there in my S21 Ultra. This needs tobe enabled before you try to snooze notifications Solved: app notification settings option from notification... - Samsung Community - 2141135

Yeh I have
But I get no option to "snooze" anything as that write up states

I get "show later" but not "snooze"
Have Samsung just got their wording really bad?

I'm used to the whole swipe left and custom snooze / mute so not sure why they decided to remove that for this
