@Shezzie: Game Launcher is an embedded application, so it is likely that you have disabled it, rather than removing it completely. To address this, please head to Settings > Apps > Game Launcher > Enable (located at the bottom of the screen). If you're having trouble locating it following these steps, swipe up from your Home Screen to access the Apps Drawer, and use the search function at the top of the screen to find it.
