Is anyone else having trouble processing their claim first it told me I had the wrong date and then the wrong IMEI number !?

I had problems with that and order number only went up to 7 digits. I pressed continue anyway as you have to send proof of preorder

I used the 2nd imei on the s21 ultra 5g and it worked fine. but it didn't want to work with the 1st one

Yea I had to use the second IMEI number for my ultra. Date worked fine though.

I had the wrong IMEI number initially, but I pressed space in the box then back again and it accepted, I've since had an email confirming receipt of the claim too. this was for S21 Ultra and via the website ( not members )
