Faulty Unit??? - Galaxy S21 Ultra Exynos

I recently bought a new S21 ultra unit.

Is it normal to have 40°C as the average operating temperature? (I am just reading news, not multi tasking, and the temperature is 40°C, during calls it goes up to 42-43, I can barely hold the phone next to my ear.)

My 3DMark Wild Life test result score is 3250 (despite of cleaning the RAM before the test) and I see many other people scoring 5000+ with the same phone, is it because they overclock their phones or my results indicate an issue with my unit?

According to Accubattery my estimated battery capacity is 4650mAh, isn't it a bit low, for an 1 week old device?

I have purchased s21 ultra in 4/21 and  had phone exchange 3x already 2 were refurbished 1 was brand new because of overheating issues just got last replacement 10/15/21 .was told by tmobile rep.that samsung claims is a issue with battery. Not been big enough for the processor phone has so it causes overheating. Don't know how true that is.but what I do know is my phone has gotten to the point of getting super hot n cutting off.  I regret buy this phone 110% and   paying 1200 not worth it at all
