Emails not marked unread

I updated ios yesterday, now I get notifications of new emails, but when I open the app, all emails are already open.

Any advice?

Is it always showing unopened emails? Maybe some have gone to junk, check that

I get the notification, I open the app, and the emails are there, but are showing as "read" even though they have newly been delivered

Can I ask what app your using? Samsung mail or outlook?

I personally use outlook and I don't have that issue

Um.....just email, I have various email accounts, and it holds them all. I can show all, or individual.
