Disable Work Profile S21

How do I set up my Gmail without having to have a work profile!! It won't let me set up without

just set it up with the Gmail app... avoid samsung mail app

I have two S21 Ultras, checked my Admin settings in Google Admin, Work Profiles are optional. But I haven't found any way to turn them off that works, I don't want two apps, just want to switch between profiles in the same app.

Dowload Google Apps Device Policy it will done the job ... i just did it

I am going through gmail and I downloaded the app device policy and it is still trying to force me to download the work profile.  

Any thoughts?

Still no solution for this? Can't seem to get the work profile from the phone.

This is driving me nuts too!! It's my work phone, so the only profile on mine is for work. So I don't need a 2nd profile. Yet if I accept to create one to keep the phone happy, it then prompts me to delete it and we go round on this crazy circle ALL the ....... time!
