Battery and video playback issue S21

Purchased a new vanilla S21 3 days ago. Extremely poor video playback performance, constant stuttering and artefacts. All tested on YouTube, Netflix and embedded players. Downloaded and via mobile/wifi. Issues remain regardless.

 

Phone is also randomly restarting 2-3 times per day, mainly off battery. Haven't noticed a restart on charge.

 

Please advise? Very disappointed as I usually have had good experiences with Samsung devices since my s6

It possibly updated after you got it so I would try clearing system cache.

You need to give the phone atleast a week to settle down and update all apps both from Samsung store and Google play.

Manually check for any updates in both stores.
