Anyone received their promotion?

Hello, new here.

Did anyone actually receive their promotion offer? I made the claim on the 28th and it got validated on that day but I thought I would have heard something back by now. I know it says up to 45 days but come on?!

Well, I raised my claim after getting my S21 Ultra 5g on the 29th Jan and I am still seeing the 'Claim Received' message.

It's annoying, especially as they state that I will get an update in 7 days. Whats even more annoying is that my claim was last updated yesterday (11th Feb) - but with no actual update.

Not going to lie, kinda disappointing from Samsung (but the phone is great!)

yes. I think a week ago or give/take a few days.

in the letter does say upto 45 days for delivery
