After the recent update, My battery is draining to fast and adaptive brightness is not working properly. Is anyone else facing the same problem??

Turn off adaptive brightness and manually set it, so it's comfortable for you.
Also, look at the battery loving apps. Netflix, Facebook, Spotify, and Instagram. To find out who likes what, head for device care and battery settings.
There is always the wipe the cache.

Facebook and Instagram are battery huggers especially if you have auto video loading and location access given all the time.

Another big culprit seems to be Google services again check location and back ground data permissions.

Some are needed most are not. You have to pick and choose.
