WiFi calling in OneUI 3.0

In the beta and still in stable OneUI 3.0 my WiFi calling option keeps disappearing.

It is there every time straight after a software update, but then and time the phone turns off/restarts, the WiFi calling setting goes away, and you can't find it even by searching in settings.

Even weirder, when I just did my first restart since the stable update, I immediately checked my quick settings and it was still an option, and then I watched it disappear. 

This happen to anyone else? I'm in the UK unlocked.

have you tried tapping the 'plus' button that adds more quicksettings? if not I'm not sure because I'm in the UK and I've always had WiFi calling as an option on my s20+

U.K. unlocked, BTU, stable Android 11. 

Wi-Fi calling is showing and working fine.

Try accessing it either by pulling the Notification panel down and long pressing on the Wi-Fi calling icon or by opening the Phone app > Menu (3dots top right) > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling

Hi both, thanks for taking the time to reply, sorry but neither of these work, the setting simply doesn't show up either when I try to add more quick settings, or by the 3 dot menu and settings in the phone app 😞

O2, but the device itself is unlocked.

These are my settings for Phone...

Try going to...

Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear cache

Reboot your phone and see if that helps.

According to this video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtFsDPjRsnA&feature=emb_title you need to download the O2 app from the Play Store and set up Wi-Fi calling via that. Alternatively I suppose, you could just contact O2 Customer Services.
