I have just upgraded to a Samsung 20 plus 5. I took 5 short videos yesterday to show my grandchildren and they were all spoilt because the stop button wouldn't end the video. I had to lower the camera, look down at the still recording video and managed to stop it that way. So all the videos were ruined at the end. I kept touching/ pressing/ the stop button, I wiped the finger I used in case it was grubby ( it wasn't) but the recording just wouldn't stop. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong please?
