hi all,

I bought a device that combines AUX and female type C to male type C. I added a picture.

When connected, a message says "the connected USB device isn't supported.

How can it be enabled?

@oryan_ye Hello, I think that this adapter is simply not compatible with your device.

Are you using this for headphones? It may be that it doesn't have a digital analog converter inside (which is needed to do the work of sending digital USB signal to analog AUX). Adaptors that come with a USB-IF certificate will have the needed converter to play with your smartphone. I only mention this in case you're worried about buying another adapter and the same result happening in the future.
