Galaxy S20 SeriesI have two Galaxy S20 Fe phones, one for my wife. She was using an Apple XR but the Galaxy was a better upgrade option. I bought her USB-C earbuds to go with the phone. They worked for 5 days then stopped working in her phone. I tried them in my phone and they worked, but then stopped working. I went in to the Samsung Members app and complained. The tech took me through several steps, but none of the steps worked. I returned the earbuds and got an adapter from Anker so my wife can plug in her Apple earbuds. The Anker adapter worked - for 5 days then like the other earbuds, it stopped working. We get audio through the speakers but not through the earbuds and there is no problem charging either S20Fe through the USB-C port. We rebooted, rebooted to safe mode, force stopped the USB-C driver, cleared the cache, checked to see if there was debris in the port, etc. and nothing worked.
Does anyone have a permanent solution?

Galaxy S20 SeriesHi, did you find a solution to this? I have the same problem. Earbuds connected via USB-C port no longer work and audio plays through phone speakers instead. Cannot find a solution anywhere. Thanks.
