I think you should soon,I just came on Samsung members earlier and there was an orange dot at the notices part so clicked on it and it was a message asking if I want to enroll. What Network are you with? You should get the notice soon.
With the beta version of Android 12 my Samsung S21 works better compared to one ui 3.1 where apps were not properly kept in the background and have been killed constantly. I am using app to monitor battery stats constantly and it was always terminated with one ui 3.1 no matter my settings which was serious mistake in the software. I am optimistic about one ui 4 !
