Trouble restoring from Samsung Cloud via mobile hotspot (S20 FE))

I cannot find where to change setting to allow restoration of data from Samsung Cloud while using mobile internet. If I try it says its not available to restore while using mobile hotspot. It seems that I found how to change this setting for synchronizing from the phone but it does not work other way around. I am using Samsung Galaxy S20 FE.

Try settings, accounts and backup, restore.

Its where the problem starts - I am looking for a way to change setting to allow restore while using mobile hotspot. Faq says its available to change somewhere.

Do you have any data saver on? Also try Go to Wifi setting
and set your Wifi spot advanced and set it as Unmetered
