Galaxy S20 SeriesUnfortunately I'm not using your particular make of phone so can't comment on that.
What software update have you downloaded ?
Sometimes when a phone isn't behaving after an update a good tip is to try these...

Galaxy S20 SeriesWhat's happening with Samsung Music specifically ?
Have you tried another music app ?
You can contact the developer of the app and or send some feedback via your Samsung Members app under the GetHelp section for support @Coley86

Galaxy S20 SeriesIs this while connected to your cars own music system sofrware ?
If so.....
Might be worth speaking with users of the same car system to see what's happening with them.
If Samsung say it's a software issue and it's a software issue on their side then they'll need to look at pushing out an update.
I wish you all the best.
