Size of Status Bar

Hi - I know its because I am getting older but I am unable to read the information in the status bar at the top of the diaplay. Shows time but of greater interest the signal information on the top RHS.

It would be lovely, for thoes of us who need it, if there was an option to make the inforamtion shown in this bar larger.

Making it double size shiould do nicely.

With such a big screen the extra few mm lost at the very top would not cause me any issues.

It makes everything bigger.   I wish I could find a way just to make the status bar bigger.   The search continues...

(SOLUTION) I had the same problem. Tiny text (time & battery) at top of home screen. Download the App - "Digital Clock Live" from Google Play-store. It has Time/Date&Battery. Move to your home screen and size to your preference.

I'm following this... everyone's suggestions so far only apply to the main screen itself.  I want information on increasing the size of the notification/status bar... not the main screen.  And I don't want to have to install anything additional to get it done.  It should be a feature.

I too would like to see this option added - not to use an app to do this, but to use settings to change the font size of the status bar.  Please Samsung, let us know if this will change with a future update!  Thanks!

Samsung - please do this.

The ability to increase the status bar font size IS possible and your phones continues to lag in this area. We should not have to activate a screen magnifier , or download an app to see the status bar!

Look to the Google Pixel 6 series which properly scales the status bar font size when the display size is adjusted.

If we must use the Samsung Themes app to install a larger font, please point us to one. The themes app has limited search capabilities which prevent intelligent search results = large font simply returns junk fonts in comic sans or other non-sense.

I agree with all those above.

SAMSUNG you give us the realestate in the large screen and yet skimp on one of the most useful areas the status bar.

When you are driving it's impossible to see at a glance.   Completely useless.

Hopefully a future update will see this simple problem rectified.
