Secure folder contacts

Where is the feature to be able to transfer contacts in and out of the secure folder within the stock contacts app gone? 

Used to be there on my S8 plus but can't figure out how to do this on my S20 Ultra... (setting up an email on the secure folder is the only way I have manged so far...

on my s20 ultra I select my contacts I want to move to my secure folder, by clicking and holding on the contacts name and then clicking the share button , then selecting secure folder

thanks.. does it move or just give you an option to send via the secure folder??
