Since the last update my camera has been taking horrible pictures. Especially with flash. Samsung please fix this ASAP! This is unacceptable.

Hi. I have made several posts about this and have have also made error reports. I have the same issues.. Images come out over exposed and very noisy.. I'm still waiting for Samsung to address this

Yess exactly! Super over exposed. I have just connected Samsung and i heard that they are working on a new update and they hope it will be ready in one or two weeks. Which i think is still way too long. The camera is literally unusable.

Mine is also doing this since the last update. Its like the flash isnt timed right anymore.

Same issues here. I have created a new topic as well. Samsung need to acknowledge the problem.

I could not agree more. Great post! They really need to take this seriously. It has almost been a month now that the camera is totally useless.

Hi all. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Please be aware that if your S20 is experiencing over saturated photos with flash enabled, then this will be resolved in the next software update. I understand that this isn't ideal, and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

@RaNo99: I don't have a definitive release date to share right now, however please be assured that this will address the reported issue, and have your camera back to its best once its implemented.
