Samsung s20+ keyboard spelling check issue

Mispelled words highlighted but suggested correct word only shows suggestion for words starting with same letter as mispelled word. It happened before with previous s9 randomly.

s20+ worked ok for couple of days, system update and all messed up again.

On this one can't even use neutral beta keyboard!

Any suggestions?

You could send this as feedback to Samsung via your Samsung Members App @MaggieF 

Also maybe try out another type of keyboard which may serve you better in the interim.

Perhaps your spell checker is set to Samsung. Try to set it to Google. It worked for me.

It is set to samsung keyboard. This is my preferred keyboard and looking for solution. Strange as when I enable next word prediction spell checker works fine. With this option disabled reverts to words starts with first letter

Why has my word suggestion changed? When I type a word but misspell it, I only now get suggestions for replacing the word with words that start with the same letter. It used to instantly know if for instance I typed "seserved" instead of 'deserved' which is clearly the word I've misspelled, it offers me replacements such as 'selected' and 'severed', it won't suggest words starting with any other letter except S ?? Did we get a solution??
