Send a report but don't do the hard reset.
I don't know how good is samsung members assistance in UK but in Italy they only send copy and pastes sometimes not ever related to the issue (you ask about the camera and they send you a guide on how to install fortnite...), so send the report and wait for the update.
In the meantime you should clear camera app data and try to wipe cache partition to see if you solve the issue, if not wait for a bugfix
