Galaxy S20 SeriesPhone restart and after my pin/pattern was either changed by itself or the phone no longer recognizes it. With no solution online but factory reset i was forced to do this.
After Factory reset, i have now gained access to the phone, but have encountered another problem i can no longer set new pin/pattern thus negating me from securing my phone and adding finger or facial recognition.
Message received when trying to set new pattern "Screen lock was already changed. Try again with the new Screen lock" This does nothing i have attempted with Password, pattern and pin and yet nothing works.
I came across a thread saying an OTA update was passed, however if so it did not work.
Looking for any assistance as this now has become beyond frustrating.

Galaxy S20 SeriesHi, shutdown and restart twice, to no avail still same issue.
Tried to input new pattern/pin again, on the second screen to confirm i get a 20-30 second lag spike and same message "Screen lock was already changed. Try again with the new Screen lock".
Awaiting further assistance, thanks
