Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Camera zoom problem

Hi,

Just got this wierd problem with my phone from nowhere, camera is not working between 1x - 10x.

With 0,5x zoom and between 10x and 32x it is also working.

I get all this lines in rainbow colors in the 1x-10x zoom

Have anyone an idea of the problem? 😕

Hi, try clearing the cameras storage in the apps settings if that doesn't work, backup your phone & do a factory reset & if that doesn't work contact samsung customer service.

Tried both camera cache/storage and cleared phone cache from boot mode, guess a factory reset is whats left on the list before I contact Samsung customer service. . 😞

Tried the factory reset yesterday without any good result, for any curious about this error I'm returning it to samsung for hardware error.

the similar issue I am facing in my device camera you can see here in the screenshots the camera colors are also same.
