[S20FE5G] Notification disappear from lockscreen

When i receive a notification (for example form whatsapp) when i turn on the lockscreen to see the notification it disappear from the lockscreen, but if i unlock the phone the notification is still visibile on the notifcation pannel, any of you got this bug?

The bug appeard after the update to android 11/one ui 3.0

@zummino: Can you try heading to Settings > Lock Screen > Notifications > View Style > Details > Hide Content > Off > Notifications To Show > Alerts and Silent Notifications > Show on Always On Display (On, if applicable). Now, head to Settings > Apps > Whatsapp > Notifications > Lock Screen > Show Details. 

It may be the case that the lock screen notification is not showing because the phone was unlocked when the notification was received, but with the above settings in place, you should be good to go. Let me know how you get on.

I can't find "Lock Screen" after the path "Setting>Apps>Whatsapp>Notifications"

@zummino: This may be under 'General Notifications' or 'New Messages', although I'm not familiar with the available options for Whatsapp. 

Settings > Apps > Whatsapp > Notifications > General Notifications/New Messages > Lock Screen > Show Details.
