S20FE Awful

I have the S20FE 4g.

"Upgraded" from S8-the S20FE much worse battery, face non recognition, fingerprint non sensor.

Needs two charges a day. 

Face recognition works 20% of the time and feels like a lottery jackpot win when it does work

Finger print technology - would love for it not to be there as the 4 times out 5 it doesn't work drives you insane.

I have an iPhone 8 that I use for work and although I can't stand apple the battery and fingerprint technology are far superior.

Ironic that I am not a Fan of this Fan Edition.  Disgraceful phone I wish I could get my money back

well you see this is the cheapest Samsung S Series phone you can get. Maybe an S20 or S21 is better for you

Samsung have failed in the Note 10 and the S20 in my opinion too many software/hardware issues I think when it comes to manufacturing these phones ..more haste and less speed from Samsung comes to mind, will be looking elsewhere this year when I upgrade.

But Samsung have defintely made a success out of A series phones. It may have less features than the S series but I can honestly say, I could never wish for a better phone than the phone which I have now which is a Samsung Galaxy A51 5g 📱

I'm sorry buddy that you don't like the phone, my battery life is excellent fingerprint sensor works absolutely fine.
I hope you get it sorted out soon.

do you have the s20FE 4G? and I'm glad you're satisfied with the phone. there seems to be a lot of negative reviews on the phone but perhaps that is human nature ie only commenting when there is an issue and rarely commenting when satisfied??

S20 are currently having a software issue at the moment maybe that's the reason. They have released a new software update for this month.
