S20 wont recognise USB C to C charging

As the title says my phone just won't recognise USB c to c charging, it works with a USB c to A cable (at the much slower speeds) and when I plugged my USB A cable into a c - A converter and then plugged that into my C charger it worked once again at slower speeds but my phone just does nothing when its USB C to C I've tried with 3 different cables which all work with other items

any help would be appreciated
