This release appears to be mainly for an update to the Android Security patch.
It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you should check... Settings > Software update... to see if it has arrived for you.
Be advised, it may take longer to arrive on some carrier branded models.

To-date, the TL5 update with the January 2021 Android Security patch is currently only available for those in the U.K. on unbranded, stock Samsung, S20 devices on CSC code BTU

... should see a roll-out in the coming days once the carriers have certified them for release.

Still no more updates so far for the U.K. models mentioned in the previous post.
Samsung have now released the vast majority of this update to their stock, non carrier branded, models worldwide.
Carrier branded devices can take longer to modify and to receive approval and certification from individual carriers before release. This is the reason that carrier branded phones were not included in the Beta Test releases.
