S20 Ui3 Android 11 Upadate

Hi Peeps

I have a S20 on EE and i have still not received the Ui3 Android 11 update. I have hard re-set the phone , done a factory re-set used switch to see in that will give me an update but nothind I am still using Ui2.1 Android 10. Any ideas?

try checking on smart switch your computer by plugging the phone and see if there is an update on smart switch.

oh ok, sorry that you haven't recieved it yet.

talking to Samsung tech and after giving him several details he tells me it wasn't made for the uk market but it will get the update eventually

Try sammobile.com firmware section. They normally have huge database
