My S20+ since last night (while charging) as started rebooting randomly. Initially it would allow me to use it and as soon as I put it down it would start rebooting. But since it is doing the same during recharging, while on the call, in safe mode, after I had deleted the cache partition and even after I have set it to the factory mode. It is driving me nuts. I run an online IT business through it and you cannot live without a phone these days.
I had installed the latest updates from Samsung but that was a few days ago. I haven't installed any new app recently. I have sent the log through my Samsung Members area and tried to use the remote support but the phone reboots during that process.
I am using my PC now to contact you guys. Please help me ASAP.
