Same issue, restarts minimum 3 Times a day. Has anybody heared frommä Samsung If the issue will be fixed by an Update or is it caused by a Hardware Problem?

@SaschaFabian As DannyT said, the best thing for you guys to do is send through error reports via the Members app.
Samsung Members > Get Help > Send Feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > attach a description and tick ‘send system log data’ > Send.
(Or: Long-press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen, and select Error reports from the dropdown menu, etc.)
I know some of the log files already sent have been forwarded on to the developers for analysis, but it's always good to have more examples too.

Hi, I would recommend talking to Samsung’s live chat (on another device as my phone restarted in the middle of chat) as they did some checks and eventually referred me for a replacement. The only thing is, you get the replacement after sending the phone so you’re stuck with no phone for a few days which sucks.

After a short call to Samsung they mentioned to a factory reset in case of a problem by the latest update. However, if the problem remains they might repair or change out the device.
I will reply again if there is something new

Same issue here with S20 Ultra, it has restarted so many times today.
Has anyone tried factory resetting and using the phone without updating to the latest version?
The device is pretty unusable at the moment anyway so i might just try that.
Update, after a factory reset the device still rebooted. I've sent it back today.

I got the same problem and for me it seams to have something to do with the USB C socket.
My crashes/reboots happen nearly every time when I pull out the headphone that I got with the phone. I had it today too after I pulled out the charging cable. It seams to be an software issue that has something to do with the USB C socket.
I'm hoping for an software update or I will send it in for replacement in a few weeks.

I'm from Indonesia and got the same problem. Mine is S20 (not plus or ultra) and after 2 days I think I don't get the problem again. I will share what I do to my S20 :
1. Don't use PIN/fingerprint/pattern security. Mine just use "swipe" security.
2. Reset all settings like : "Reset settings", "Reset network settings" and "Reset accessibility settings". No need to use "Factory data reset".
3. After do point 1 & 2, restart your phone.
Hope that works for all of you because it works for me. Cheers...
