S20 Random Restarts

Hi All, 

Is anyone else experiencing random restarts with there S20. 

My keeps restarting randomly when i am in the middle of using it. 

Any ideas??

I got the same issue as well especially after spending over 1000 on a phone... annoying anyway been told to test in safe mode so I will lets see....

Same happens to my S20. Really annoying. I've had at least 5 random restarts since yesterday.

Hi,

I've also had this problem with the S20 Ultra. Also I've had 'downloading do not turn off target' screen pop up a couple of times.

I've had the ultra for 1 day and had 3 restarts. The way Android is architected no 3rd party app should be able to reboot the phone.  This is poor.

I've had the same issue for the last couple of days.

Today my phone reset and then wouldn't turn on at all. Sucks to spend so much on a phone for it to turn into a paperweight.

I have the S20 Ultra and it restarted a lot yesterday and it's just done it again today. SIM card manager opens sometimes when I'm having issues. Is this an antenna issue maybe? It seems to happen more at low signal.

Spoke to technical, they offered replacement,  put me through to sales and was told I'd have to send phone and wait a few days etc etc they have to run checks and then they will send a new phone. My phone is only 3 days.  So I will not have a phone... just poor poor service. Last night phone refused to charge. I'm thinking of just returning and getting iPhone.

Same here.. S20+ reboot all the time.. espacially when charging.. what a shame.. keep your S10..
