Anyone else had problems with 5G connectivity on the S20+?
My LTE works perfectly, but if I move into a 5g area, the phone network icon switches to show 5G but no data is sent/received. Only by manually turning off 5G then reenabling (or restarting the phone) will get the phone reconnected. It seems to be easier just to disable 5G. I have 5G included on my plan and am in a decent signal area. It just seems there is a problem with 5G handover.
Me too! Exactly the same problem on exactly the same phone! I also had the same problem on S20 4G.
Yes, my phone has worked fine for the longest time. Then, out of the blue on November 1st, my data issues have been insane. No problems with making/receiving calls or texts. No problems when connected to WIFI, but when I try to use apps that require data I cannot get anywhere! Extremely frustrating and my cell phone carrier hasn't been able to come up with a solution. I even had them send out a new SIM card, which of course did not solve the issue either. Is this SAMSUNG's way of forcing me to buy a newer model???
