Dear Samsung UK, many thanks for the latest (August 2023) update for the S20 FE, it isn't worth having. My S20 FE has been crippled by it, and left in a constant boot page / turn off / boot page cycle, which has left me with a very big problem .... No mobile when I'm about to travel. Everything was fine until this latest update.

My s22ultra hasn't even received it yet, but my spare phone s20ultra I updated that with it this morning, Samsung is becoming a joke with updates of late

Do the usual maintenance ie clearing system cache and run App Booster and let us know how you get on.

What use is an update that stops the phone booting up ?

It should be possible as recovery doesn't boot the OS. Can you turn the phone off?

My settings keep changing on my s20fe I cannot use my alexa echo dot it won't allow me to pair it iv been having a lot of trouble it seems like I'm on my phone every day sorting my phone settings is anyone having trouble with there's HELP

And it's not accident that some phones over two years old (out of warranty) that's its happening to... absolute joke of a software department, just avoid scamsung altogether in the future. They just want you to buy the newer models as the s21 s22 and s23 are very similar phones, if the s21 lasts 5 years, no one will buy the newer models and their profits will go down like a ton of bricks! Such sly scheming bas%#£#
