S20 FE audio issues after update to one ui 5.1

Hi,

After downloading update one ui 5.1 i have no audio anymore. Can't make a phone call or play media.
Even when i'm connected in the car or with headset i don't have any sound.

The audio icon is set to mute / vibrate -> can't change it anymore.

Anyone else has this issue?

Press power button volume down button hold few seconds
Then let go

U will see a prompt screen then use volume down to go to clear cache partition .

Once clicked on it click again press yes

Then after that your phone will restart.

I cleared the cache partition but after startup the problem remains the same.
Any other suggestions i can try out?

Hmm that's weird last resort reset phone I know its a pain

Does your phone work properly in safe mode?

Yes having same issue i need to reboot every time this happen, any fix for that if any one no please

I'm having the same problem but a reboot will not help, nor did resetting to factory or  clearing cache partitions help.
