s20+ Caller ID and Spam Protection MISSING !!!

I have the issue stated in the title.

Model - SM-G986B/DS UNLOCKED 

Android version 10

Samsung One UI 2.5

Build number G986BXXU4BTH5

Security patch 01.08.2020

I want to know where is the "smart call" feature? and with that the "caller id and spam protection" ???

Does anyone have a clue?

Just search call settings, and it's there just turn it on.

Same problem with my Note S20, Carrier Verizon, SM-N981U, I am in the USA.  Do we all have Verizon???

Nope, i have the exynos Unlocked version for EU.

We might discover something here. I think there is something samsung isnt telling us!

I'm from the EU, Exynos too, everything  udated.

In   Settings > Apps >  Smart Call > App. info > App. notifications > Show notifications button is ON but it is frozen.!

I have this exact issue on my Note10+.  I'm on T-Mobile US.
