Ringtone Icon missing

Hello I have a problem with my phone. I don't have the sim ringtone icon, i've tried factory reset, nothing worked. I didn't had zedge installed and I don't use darkmode. But I've tried to switch between dark and light. It's a brand new phone with ringtones missing. I can't set any other ringtone other than the default one. Any suggestions about this strange situation?

Hi,

I`m having the same issue... i`ve just purchased the S20 Ultra  and would like to assign various ringtones to contacts ( making it easier to know who`s calling if your phones out of sight ) did you mange to get it resolved elsewhere ?

settings/apps/contacts/permissions/allowed - you need to allow Storage

After you do that, you will have Ringtone on the menu and then

Contact name >  info button (i) > Edit > View more > Ringtone > Select the ringtone > Save
