Some of us cannot get mobile data on our S20 FE 5G after Android 11 firmware update. I myself contacted Samsung sevevral times, reset network, reset phone to factory settings, but problem was not fixed.
Actuallu there are 2 possible fixes or workaround, until Samsung releases new firmware to fix the bug.
1) Remove simcard from sim1 tray and insert it to sim2 tray. It seems network mobile data works fine in sim2 tray. However, if you use SD card or 2nd simcard, this may not be an ideal solution.
2) While simcard in sim1 tray disable mobile network and go to
Settings-->Connection-->Mobile Networks-->Network Mode.
From there chose 2G and enable mobile data. Most likely nothing will happen. Then disable mobile data again and go back to Network Mode section and chose 3G. Enable mobile data. You should now get H or H+ sign. If you chose LTE/3G/2G (auto connect), it should give you 4G+ and should stay stable. I could not test 5G, as where I live 5G is not available. Please check and let me know if with this method you are able to get 5G?

I've had the same issues, been going crazy, seems we all in the same boat since the new update on the FE, I've not changed sim to SIM2, put sim back into SIM1 go in to connection settings, select 3g/2g auto, you should get your Internet back, then select LTE/3g/2g auto, that got my 4g back, you try going up to 5g/lte/3g/2g and you lose the lot, ive tried everything except a hard reset, but this option has got me back to 4G for the time being, if you switch your fone off at anytime you have to manually do this to get Internet, try it and let me know, working for me at the moment. and I'm not in a 5G area at the moment, but as soon as I select 5g/lite/3g/2g, the 4g lasts a few mins and then loses the whole Internet, so I go back to square 1. looks like they need to send us another update for the FE 🤔

I travelled to 5G zone and it seems 5G stopped working after Android 11 update.
Anyone else experiencing issues with 5G?

I have also had the same problem your solution has got ba my data samsungs solution is to send a 5 weeks old phone in for repair, which clearly would not have sorted the problem, also the feedback for their repairer is awful. I am registered disabled and rely on my phone, please samsung get this issue Resolved

Got the same issue after the update in UK... slot 1 no mobile data... slot 2 works perfect... strange is that if I let data on and move around the city at some point I get internet.. 4g and 5g... as soon as I switch it off it won't go back on again so is definitely a software problem here. Samsung?
Also got the advice written above... put sim in slot 1, activate you data, on settings, mobile networks, network mode... select 3g/2g first and you get H/H+ after select the one above LTE/3g/2g and after the option 5G/LTE/3G/2G AND YOU GET 4G+... Now don't know how much will last or if you need to do this all the time... hope Samsung working ok it because is no reason to send the phone for repair...

I missed 5G in one location only with sim1. I thought this is again sim1/sim2 issue, but it appeared to be there wasn't 5G mobile data in that area.
I managed to get 5G in another location. The signal was quite strong and stable. I disabled and enabled mobile data, it didn't connect automatically. Had to go through 2G/3G selection and worked again.
It is definitely software issue and hope Samsung fixes it with next update.
