Phone turning off and not turning back on

My S20 FE has done this 3 times now - it switches itself off and won't turn back on.  Has anyone else experienced this?  The past two times were when I was plugging it into the car but today it did it in my bag.  I am especially concerned as it's my satnav and I don't want to be left stranded!  And today I was really worrried that it wouldn't turn back on again at all - it switched itself back on after an hour or so (I was charging it but it was 85% full when it randomly turned itself on, so it isn't a battery issue).

Have you dropped the phone at all perhaps battery loose

Does it do the same in safe mode

Could be an app causing the issue

If you are using navigation and charging at the same time it might be overheating and switching back on when cooler. It may also be mounted so the sun catches it adding to the issue.
