Phone too sensitive?

Hei, Every time I hold my phone (S20+) upto my ear during call, my ear of my face would touch the screen and it triggers off all kinds of apps and stuff...  It is very annoying that i have to switch to use speaker call every time. Can the call screen be locked when the used is in call?

This never happens once with my S9 plus for 3 years.

Thanks, I did the Sensor test. No green or vibration.  I literally sat my thumb on the front camera.

Mine does exactly as you've described and the test has the same results. Have you figured out how to solve the problem?

@klagace: While in the *#0*# Sensor Test screen, place the bottom of your palm over the camera, or place your finger horizontally over the top of the screen so it covers the camera. If you only place your fingertip over the camera then the green screen/vibration won't kick in.

I tried covering it as you just suggested and it still isn't changing anything, I still get the same screen as above.. and no visible green light or vibration...
