I have still not received the ui3 update and i am told by Samsung that my phone was not meant for the UK market although it was bought from a UK website on contract with EE. Any ideas as to how i can update it. I have tried Smart Switch but no update found. I have contacted Samsung but all they say is it will be updated in time. Any ideas appreciated

Try smart switch again using a vpn with the location set to wherever your phone is from. There may even be a different version of smart switch for UK market and whatever market your phone is from, so you may even need to locate and install that. A vpn is gonna be ur friend here.
