Notification disappearing from lockscreen

Hi,

one month back we bought Samsung S20. There is some bug when notification are disappering from lockscreen with your "Phone" app.

Android 11/OneUI 3.1 (SM-G980F/DS)

We tested:

- uninstall all downloaded applications

- safe mode

- factory reset with full wipe

- wipe cache partition

(AOD enabled)

Problem is always same. This problem always appears after a while. If you unlock device, then notification will be fine. If you lock your screen and wait e.g. about 3 hours, then notification disappears from lock screen.

And again it is with "Phone" your Samsung app (maybe other app too) for calling.  

I'm thinking there must be any bug with any your stamina or any battery saving? I don't know. But it is important. I missed few important call.

There are videos It is incoming call terminated by caller. Notification disappears from lockscreen. Now tested as anonymized (for hidding telephone number here). But it is doing with classic call too. It is only for test:

Power Saving Mode disabled in Settings/Battery. And telephone is after factory reset - clean.

And they are ignoring it here. Please contact your support in your country. I did it. But classic response: we forward it on without any next info. 😐

Similar issue on Galaxy A51. After updating to Android 11 / One UI 3.0, notifications (missed call or message from WhatsApp) sometimes disappear from Always On Display and locked screen. It happens irregularly and randomly. The notification appears on the display for a second after a missed call (or message delivery) and then disappears. After unlocking the phone, the notification is on the notification bar.

Now I have to check the phone, I can't rely on the notifications on the display and it's annoying.

Has this problem been fixed?  I was blaming my Active 2 watch for not notifying me but it turned out it is the S21 phone with disappearing messages.  I just had it happen where my Watch 4 (released today!) didn't receive messages and after reading this post, I narrowed it down to my S21 phone. All my notification cleared off the phone's locked screen.  Notifications never made it to my watch 4.

The problem was not fixed. It persists even after updating to One UI 3.1.
