Note20 Ultra 5G Network Dropping

Had my phone for 6 weeks and it loses network on a regularly but random basis. I've tried pretty much everyhting that Samsung has suggested other than a factory reset, which they admit has solved the problem for some but not all. It's a disgrace that Samsung hasn't addressed this for their alleged flagship device - almost £1,000 for a phone that can't receive or send calls with certainty.  The only solution is to turn flight mode on and then off - but the solution is temporary, sometimes for minutes before network disappears again. Disgraceful.

is this not an issue for your network provider? if call and texts aren't sending I'd say it's those that need to sort it out

No it's nothing to do with the network provider. Calls (in and out) work when the network is connected but not randomly when the network is disconnected.  Same network (and SIM) as my Note8 and 2 Note7's that had no issues.  Same network as my partners Hauwei phone which has no problems. Installed a brand new SIM in case it was faulty - network drops randomly.

Nothing has worked up to now and following yet another call to Samsung Support they believe the phone needs to go back for repair, however they have no idea of how long it will be away for. I'm going to do a factory reset today and if that doesn't work I'm going to demand a replacement phone. If they aren't willing to send a new phone I'll see if I can get anywhere with the small claim court. I'm really p*ssed off with this.
