No updates regarding the promotion.

So , I got my Samsung galaxy s20 fe on end of January and got validated for the promotion on the 9th of February.  I've got an update on the 19th of Feb and never heard any from Samsung after that.  I know it says that it can take up to 45 days to receive the watch but what about any updates? I don't get any. 

Edit1: just got off the call with Samsung and was told there would be a delay because they ran out watches and waiting for the batch to come in . We should get an email once they arrive.

iv been waiting over 45 days about my watch and haven't heard anything from them,iv been phoning Samsung and all I get is ring this number and that number.its really frustrating 😑

it can take up to 60 days from day of confirmation.

most companies offering promotions are running backlogged and aren't usually too happy to admit this.

you'll have to give it 45 days from the 19th of Feb most likely as that's their confirmation plus 15 prior where you placed the promotion order. (totalling 60 max)

and what happens when you call "this number and that number"?

when did you place the promotional order? and when did you receive a confirmation update after that?

18th January was promotion date 20th January was the confirmation date and I'm still waiting for the watch and a phone call from Samsung xx

Yes I know and I did mention that but shouldn't we be getting updates?🤔

you don't get updates past the confirmation.

it's a shame but one can see why if they have millions of these things to send and update people on amongst a pandemic.

usually though, you'll get a shipment notification and that's it.

this sadly includes if they are running behind, you only find out by chasing it up

in your case you should by definition receive them within the next 2 weeks.

I would say If you haven't received them by March 15th to follow up on it. x

hi all, I sent my details off on 12th Jan for the promotion, on 12th Feb I had a email saying there were delays..it came 4 days later
